{"id":133448,"date":"2020-08-01T03:03:08","date_gmt":"2020-07-31T21:33:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=133448"},"modified":"2020-08-01T03:03:08","modified_gmt":"2020-07-31T21:33:08","slug":"bakin-pertin-gh-sealed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2020\/08\/01\/bakin-pertin-gh-sealed\/","title":{"rendered":"Bakin Pertin GH sealed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ITANAGAR, July 31:<\/strong> Bakin Pertin General Hospital in East Siang HQ Pasighat has been sealed after three health workers &#8211; a lab technician, a nurse and an attendant &#8211; tested positive for Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Speaking to this daily, Health Services Joint Director Dr D Raina said only emergency services, including delivery and operations, will function at the hospital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All staff of the hospital will undergo rapid\u00a0 antigen tests.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr Raina said that the dedicated Covid hospital at the North East Folk Medicine Institute has 41 beds, including three ICU beds with ventilators.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He said that, for now, there are trained nurses, two anaesthetists and a medical specialist at the ICU, &#8220;and the rest will be trained soon.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The East Siang DIPRO added that 14 Covid-19 positive cases were detected in the district on Friday, with nine at the BPGH, including the three medical staffers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Three positive cases &#8211; two truck drivers, and a bank employee from Assam who was on his way to Aalo on transfer &#8211; were detected at the Ruksin check gate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Two positives cases were detected in quarantine facility.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Altogether 29 Covid-19 patients are admitted in the Covid care centre and the dedicated Covid hospital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the Siluk containment zone, all 590 rapid antigen tests that were conducted returned negative results.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ITANAGAR, July 31: Bakin Pertin General Hospital in East Siang HQ Pasighat has been sealed after three health workers &#8211; a lab technician, a nurse and an attendant &#8211; tested positive for Covid-19.
