{"id":13406,"date":"2017-12-21T01:55:32","date_gmt":"2017-12-20T20:25:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=13406"},"modified":"2017-12-21T01:55:32","modified_gmt":"2017-12-20T20:25:32","slug":"libang-reviews-ongoing-road-projects","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2017\/12\/21\/libang-reviews-ongoing-road-projects\/","title":{"rendered":"Libang reviews ongoing road projects"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ITANAGAR, Dec 20:<\/strong> Rural Development Minister Alo Libang along with officials of the Highway department on Wednesday reviewed ongoing road projects in some of the districts in eastern Arunachal Pradesh.<br \/>\nAddressing a meeting at the state secretariat&#8217;s conference hall here today, Libang said the state government is committed to provide road connectivity to the people.<br \/>\nHe said the completion of the Trans-Arunachal Highway (TAH) and the PMGSY projects in different parts of state would improve the living standards of the people.<br \/>\nHe spoke about major roads to be taken up in Upper Siang district, which includes two-laning of the Yingkiong-Bishing (Porge Via Gette-Pugging-Likor-Paling-Jido) road; two-laning of the Zido-Singha road; two-laning of the Khanu-Khonsa road and the Pangchao-Nagaland road; and two-laning of the Pango-Jorging road, among other such roads.<br \/>\nHighways Chief Engineer Toli Basar said payment of compensation is almost competed for the Potin-Pangin road.
