{"id":150427,"date":"2021-02-15T01:25:23","date_gmt":"2021-02-14T19:55:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=150427"},"modified":"2021-02-15T01:25:23","modified_gmt":"2021-02-14T19:55:23","slug":"tangsa-legendry-figure-abboo-kimsing-passes-away","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2021\/02\/15\/tangsa-legendry-figure-abboo-kimsing-passes-away\/","title":{"rendered":"Tangsa legendry figure Abboo Kimsing passes away"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>NAMPONG, 14 Feb:<\/strong> Abboo Kimsing, who was a legendary figure in the Tangsa community, breathed his last at his residence on 13 February after a massive heart attack.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kimsing, 58, is survived by his wife, two sons and daughter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Born in a farmers&#8217; family in Nampong in Changlang district in 1962, he had to face a lot of hardship during his childhood period, but his sheer dedication and commitment earned him comforts of life.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kimsing was instrumental in making the Pangsau Pass International Festival in Nampong. He was a very farsighted person and had worked for the development of health, education, health sectors and surface communication in the district.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He was regarded as an icon and held a high esteemed position in the entire Tangsa community.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kimsing, who did his schooling in Nampong and college education in Shillong and at Itanagar, was very popular among all ages.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He was also a good sportsperson.
