{"id":151401,"date":"2021-02-25T01:46:55","date_gmt":"2021-02-24T20:16:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=151401"},"modified":"2021-02-25T01:46:55","modified_gmt":"2021-02-24T20:16:55","slug":"union-demands-charge-sheeting-those-involved-in-tah-scam","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2021\/02\/25\/union-demands-charge-sheeting-those-involved-in-tah-scam\/","title":{"rendered":"Union demands charge-sheeting those involved in TAH scam"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ITANAGAR, 24 Feb:<\/strong> The All Arunachal Pradesh Anti-Corruption Students Union (AAPACSU) has demanded that chargesheets be filed immediately against those who were involved in the Trans-Arunachal Highway (TAH) compensation scam involving the Potin-Bopi and the Joram-Koloriang stretches.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;We are greatly surprised that even after the arrests and investigation by the Special Investigation Cell, the case did not progress beyond the FIRs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No chargesheet has been filed before the court,&#8221; the union stated in a representation to the chief minister on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It also urged the CM to post a competent SP in place of outgoing SP Harsh Vardhan. &#8220;We need a capable officer who will discharge his duties efficiently and justly.
