{"id":163662,"date":"2021-06-17T01:21:06","date_gmt":"2021-06-16T19:51:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=163662"},"modified":"2021-06-17T01:21:06","modified_gmt":"2021-06-16T19:51:06","slug":"kvk-experts-visit-villages-in-namsai","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2021\/06\/17\/kvk-experts-visit-villages-in-namsai\/","title":{"rendered":"KVK experts visit villages in Namsai"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>NAMSAI, 16 Jun:<\/strong> A team of KVK scientists recently visited different villages of Namsai district to find out the problems associated with farming activities during the Covid-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The team mainly visited the villages where the KVK is running different projects and has its demonstration units.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the visit, it was found that there were some suspected cases of FMD and fowl pox in a few villages of the district. These diseases affect cattle, goats and chickens.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The scientist advised the villagers to &#8220;go for immediate vaccination against the disease along with other fatal diseases like ranikhet, duck plague and swine fever,&#8221; according to a release from the Namsai KVK.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vegetables, maize seeds and planting materials were distributed among the needy farmers.
