It reportedly affected two 11 kv lines, which caused disruption in the central power house feeder, leading to power cuts for hours in Upper ESS Sector, RWD Colony and E Sector.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Another 11 kv line which was disrupted due to a short-circuit in the CT reportedly affected power supply to Ganga village, Khating Hills, Gohpur and the zoo road areas for three hours.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When contacted, Power Department Executive Engineer Joram Lali informed that the &#8220;disruption has been restored.&#8221; He said that<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0the department&#8217;s ground staffers work round the clock to ensure uninterrupted power supply in and around Itanagar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Staff Reporter ITANAGAR, 16 Jun: The current transformer (CT) of the Chandranagar power station reportedly short-circuited on Wednesday, affecting power supply to a few sectors in the scorching heat in Itanagar.
