{"id":166569,"date":"2021-07-17T01:59:44","date_gmt":"2021-07-16T20:29:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=166569"},"modified":"2021-07-17T01:59:44","modified_gmt":"2021-07-16T20:29:44","slug":"one-more-escaped-utp-rearrested","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2021\/07\/17\/one-more-escaped-utp-rearrested\/","title":{"rendered":"One more escaped UTP rearrested"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Correspondent<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PASIGHAT, 16 Jul:<\/strong> Telung Panyi, an undertrial prisoner (UTP) who had managed to escape from the Pasighat jail along with six other UTPs on 11 July, surrendered before the court of the district &amp; sessions judge here in East Siang district on Friday.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Subsequently, he was rearrested by the police.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The UTP was facing trial for a case under Section 302 of the IPC and Section 27 (1)\/29 of the Arms Act at the Tuting police station in Upper Siang district.
