Capital Complex reported a positivity rate of 1.4 percent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Also on Wednesday, 54 patients from various health facilities across the state were declared recovered or discharged.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A total of 3681 samples were collected from the entire state on the same day.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meanwhile, the state currently has 545 active cases with 505 under home isolation<a href=\"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Health-Bulletin-15th-Sept-2021.pdf\"><strong> (see full bulletin)<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ITANAGAR, 15 Sep:\u00a0 The state on Wednesday reported 71 new Covid-19 cases, of whom 33 are symptomatic.
