{"id":174583,"date":"2021-10-20T02:50:37","date_gmt":"2021-10-19T21:20:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=174583"},"modified":"2021-10-20T02:50:37","modified_gmt":"2021-10-19T21:20:37","slug":"dc-visits-remote-mengi-kabak-village","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2021\/10\/20\/dc-visits-remote-mengi-kabak-village\/","title":{"rendered":"DC visits remote Mengi Kabak village"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RAGA, 19 Oct:<\/strong> Kamle Deputy Commissioner Adong Pertin visited the remotest village of the district, Mengi Kabak, in Kamporijo circle, on 18 October and participated in the second round of the &#8216;Covid vaccination maha abhiyan and outreach health camp&#8217; organized at the village by the District Health Society.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Responding to a memorandum submitted by the panchayat leaders of the village, the DC assured them of his intervention to mitigate their problems.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He advised the PRI leaders, GBs and the people to take up sustainable and feasible agriculture and horticulture cultivation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stressing on the role of the PRI leaders, GBs and intellectuals of the village in dispelling rumours surrounding the Covid-19 vaccine, the DC requested the people of Mengi Kabak and adjoining villages to &#8220;make the villages 100 percent Covid-19 vaccinated.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He also inspected the schools, health facilities and anganwadi centres in Mengi Kabak, Luba, Radum and Yorkum villages.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The DC was accompanied by, among others, DRCHO Dr Kapu Sopin and WHO PRT Dr Hima Batra.
