Best goalkeeper was Thokwang Nganpa and\u00a0 highest scorer was Kaliporeya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The MLA Running Cup Football Tournament,\u00a0 organised under the aegis of the All Namtok Youth Association, was sponsored by local MLA cum\u00a0 Assembly Deputy Speaker Tesam Pongtey.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Speaking on the occasion, Changlang DSO (Sports) Noah Mongku urged the youth of Namtok circle to give more emphasis to studies and games and sports, and avoid narcotic substances, like\u00a0 kaani and drugs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Changlang ZPM Menpa Haisa, while awarding the prizes to the winners, appreciated them for maintaining sportsmen spirit throughout the tournament. Haisa also praised the organizing committee and Tesam Pongtey.
