Principal Scientist of NINFET, Dr AN Roy delivered a lecture on &#8216;entrepreneurship development in Yak fibre- way forward&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This was followed by an interactive session with the participants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr Roy also enlightened the participants on &#8216;product development in Yak fibre -present scenario&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Earlier, Director of NRC on Yak, Dr M Sarkar briefed about the workshop.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The showcasing of technologies was carried out in the post lunch session in the laboratory of the institute.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A total of 70 participants, including two development officers of the Textile and Handicrafts department participated in the workshop.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DIRANG, 17 Nov: ICAR-National Institute of Natural Fibre Engineering and Technology (NINFET), Kolkata, in collaboration with ICAR-National Research Centre (NRC) on Yak organized a one-day workshop on &#8216;Scope of Entrepreneurship Development in Yak Based Products&#8217; here in West Kameng district on 16 November.
