\n‘I will do everything possible within my capacity to ensure that the Sartang Tribe finds its rightful place in the Schedule Tribe’s list of the Union,’ the Union Minister said while attending the last day celebration of the Tang festival of the Sartangs at Jerigaon, West Kameng district.
\nSartang tribe is among the six indigenous tribes of West Kameng district.
\nKiren also assured to recommend the creation of a Circle Officer’s post at Sartang area for administration convenience.
