{"id":185569,"date":"2022-03-01T02:27:37","date_gmt":"2022-02-28T20:57:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=185569"},"modified":"2022-03-01T02:30:16","modified_gmt":"2022-02-28T21:00:16","slug":"sic-takes-over-paperleak-case-secures-three-days-custody-of-accused","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2022\/03\/01\/sic-takes-over-paperleak-case-secures-three-days-custody-of-accused\/","title":{"rendered":"SIC takes over paper leak case, secures three days&#8217; custody of accused"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ITANAGAR, 28 Feb:<\/strong> The Special Investigation Cell (SIC) has taken over the case of leakage of question papers of the state board&#8217;s Class 8 examinations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A team led by SIC PS OC L Dawa reached West Kameng HQ Bomdila on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Earlier, the prime accused in the case, Tezi Ramdasow, the principal of Dirang-based Dirang Valley Public School, was arrested by the Bomdila police, and was sent to 14 days&#8217; judicial custody by the district &amp; sessions court in Bomdila.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">SIC SP (Vigilance) Hemant Tiwari in a release on Monday informed that the SIC sought police custody of the accused and the court has granted three days&#8217; police custody of the accused for production of the accused before the special judge (PCA) in Yupia, Papum Pare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Further investigation of this case is going on.
