{"id":186194,"date":"2022-03-11T01:01:45","date_gmt":"2022-03-10T19:31:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=186194"},"modified":"2022-03-11T01:01:45","modified_gmt":"2022-03-10T19:31:45","slug":"prog-on-mobile-based-agro-advisory-services-held","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2022\/03\/11\/prog-on-mobile-based-agro-advisory-services-held\/","title":{"rendered":"Prog on mobile-based agro advisory services held"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>BOLENG, 10 Mar:<\/strong> Forty farmers participated in an &#8216;awareness-cum-sensitisation programme&#8217; on mobile-based agro advisory services for farmers, conducted at Gandhi village in Siang district on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The programme, under the project &#8216;Arik Abik Lunom &#8211; mobile-based agro advisory services in Arunachal Pradesh&#8217;, is being implemented by the College of Horticulture &amp; Forestry (CHF), Pasighat, in collaboration with New Delhi-based Digital India Corporation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The broad objective of the project is to provide right information at the right time to the farmers to enhance their livelihood through mobile-based agro advisory services in local dialects.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">CHF Assistant Professor Dr Punabati Heisnam apprised the farmers of the benefits and advantages of registering under the project.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The project is being implemented in East Siang, West Siang, Upper Siang, Lower Siang, Siang, Leparada, Lower Dibang Valley, Namsai and Shi-Yomi districts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BOLENG, 10 Mar: Forty farmers participated in an &#8216;awareness-cum-sensitisation programme&#8217; on mobile-based agro advisory services for farmers, conducted at Gandhi village in Siang district on Thursday.
