{"id":190103,"date":"2022-05-01T02:11:57","date_gmt":"2022-04-30T20:41:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=190103"},"modified":"2022-05-01T02:11:57","modified_gmt":"2022-04-30T20:41:57","slug":"pil-filed-seeking-pca-hc-issues-notice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2022\/05\/01\/pil-filed-seeking-pca-hc-issues-notice\/","title":{"rendered":"PIL filed seeking PCA; HC issues notice"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ITANAGAR, 30 Apr:<\/strong> Hearing a PIL (No 9\/2022) filed by petitioner Gamken Bam against the state government, the Itanagar bench of the Gauhati High Court has issued a notice to the government to take its stand.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;The state respondents are expected to go through the judgment of the hon&#8217;ble Supreme Court as referred to herein above and to take their stand,&#8221; the HC said in its order issued on 26 April.
