Likewise, one-way traffic will be allowed from Itanagar to Naharlagun through NH-415 during the same period.<br \/>\nNH-415 from Itanagar to Naharlagun will remain closed and no vehicle will be allowed to ply between 7 pm to 7 am till 31 March, it said.<br \/>\nThe advisory was issued following damage caused to a portion of the highway, near Bucho Motors in Naharlagun, during earth cutting for widening the road.<br \/>\nThe order quoted the Highway authority as reporting that efforts are on to restore the damaged portion of the road as soon as possible.
