He is survived by his wife, three sons and three daughters.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Born on 8 November, 1973, he was a native of Rigia village in Upper Subansiri district.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The officers and staff observed two minutes&#8217; silence as a mark of respect to the departed soul.
