\nThe awareness programme was conducted under the supervision of DMO, Dr Nyage Geyi and District Programme officer, Dr Jombom Kato.
\nDuring the programme, DTCC Consultant Yomnya Badak briefed the participants on Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act, (COTPA) to be enacted in the district to control tobacco consumption.
\nObang Mize, Social Work Mobiliser gave a PowerPoint presentation on growing tobacco addiction among youth.
\nThe programme concluded with an anti-tobacco pledge by all the participants. (DIPRO)<\/p>\n
