Singh through an executive order under section 133 CrPC and in pursuance of government order has prohibited inter-district and inter-state transportation of cattle, including cow, mithun, buffalo, goat, sheep, pigs etc. in Changlang district with immediate effect until further order.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Anyone found violating the order shall be liable for prosecution under section 188 IPC or any other relevant section of the law in force,&#8221; the order said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The state government on Tuesday, issued directive to all the district administrations to prohibit inter-district and inter-state transportation of cattle in view of the outbreak of foot and mouth disease in livestock.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The DC further directed the SP, all the ADM\/executive magistrate to take necessary measures to enforce the order effectively.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All the check gate incharges at Namchik, Namdang, Jairampur, Bordumsa,\u00a0 Namtok have also been directed to restrict movement of cattle inside Changlang district.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The district veterinary officer has been asked to take all preventive steps.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CHANGLANG, 15 Jun: The Changlang deputy commissioner Sunny K.
