{"id":19336,"date":"2018-02-12T01:56:06","date_gmt":"2018-02-11T20:26:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=19336"},"modified":"2018-02-12T01:56:06","modified_gmt":"2018-02-11T20:26:06","slug":"fresh-traffic-advisory-issued","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2018\/02\/12\/fresh-traffic-advisory-issued\/","title":{"rendered":"Fresh traffic advisory issued"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<strong>ITANAGAR, Feb 11:<\/strong> The capital complex administration on Sunday issued a fresh traffic advisory in view of the ongoing four-lane highway work from Itanagar to Naharlagun.<br \/>\nAs per the advisory, the Naharlagun-Jully-Itanagar road and NH-415 from Itanagar to Naharlagun have been made one-way between 7 am to 7 pm.<br \/>\nVehicles coming from Naharlagun to Itanagar will have to take the Jully road, while vehicles leaving Itanagar for Naharlagun will go through the highway.<br \/>\nNH-415 from Itanagar to Naharlagun will remain closed and no vehicle will be allowed to ply between 7 pm to 7 am till 31 March, it said.<br \/>\nFurther, one-way traffic will be allowed in the BSNL-Gandhi Market-Police Station road, the NH 415-Higher Secondary School-Assembly road, the Division IV-Green Mount School-F Sector-NH415 road, and the RK Mission-Division IV road.<br \/>\nNo parking zones are opposite to RK Mission Gate-2 near the U-turn point, NH-415 opposite the clock tower in Ganga, and from Bank Tinali traffic point to Hotel Aane.<br \/>\nOne-lane parking is allowed in the sector road from NH-415-BSNL-Gandhi Market-Police Station road-NH-415, internal road at Ganga Market.<br \/>\nFurther, all heavy vehicles, except school buses, coming from Naharlagun will have to take the Jully-Chimpu-Itanagar route. No buses will be allowed to park near NH-415 opposite the clock tower. Ten minutes&#8217; stoppage is allowed for buses. All the APST buses should enter the APSTS station though Gate 1 and exit from Gate 2 near the Bluepine Hotel.<br \/>\nEntry of heavy vehicles into the capital complex has been prohibited during peak hours and will only be allowed from 9 pm to 7 am.<br \/>\nThree towing vehicles will be stationed at Hanuman Mandir, LMV parking zone and the Naharlagun police station.<br \/>\nDetails of the plan are available on the administration&#8217;s website www.itanagar.nic.in.<br \/>\nDC Prince Dhawan urged the public to follow the new traffic guidelines and obey traffic rules to ease traffic congestion in the capital&#8217;s roads. It sought cooperation from all, especially Trekker and auto -rickshaw drivers.<br \/>\nHe said vehicles should be parked in a disciplined way, wherever parking is allowed. Stringent action, including cancellation of licence, will be initiated against the violators, the DC added.
