{"id":194516,"date":"2022-07-04T01:42:50","date_gmt":"2022-07-03T20:12:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=194516"},"modified":"2022-07-04T01:42:50","modified_gmt":"2022-07-03T20:12:50","slug":"cosaap-welcomes-govt-s-decision-to-cancel-out-of-turn-appointments","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2022\/07\/04\/cosaap-welcomes-govt-s-decision-to-cancel-out-of-turn-appointments\/","title":{"rendered":"CoSAAP welcomes govt.&#8217;s decision to cancel out-of-turn appointments"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ITANAGAR, 3 Jul:<\/strong> The Confederation of Service Associations of Arunachal Pradesh (CoSAAP) welcomed the state government&#8217;s recent decision to cancel all the officiating\/functional appointments on an out-of- turn basis in all government departments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The state cabinet decided that all lower level functionaries will be reverted to their original substantive posts from where they were posted to higher posts on officiating\/functional posts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;This was one of the persistent demands of CoSAAP and this decision will definitely motivate the morale of the employees,&#8221; the CoSAAP said in a release.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It requested all the heads of departments to strictly follow the direction of the state government to conduct DPC within two months to regularize the adhoc\/officiating\/functional appointments which were done on the seniority basis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meanwhile, the organization urged the state government to consider the long-pending entitlements of the employees, such as house rent allowance, children education allowance, transport allowance etc. as per the recommendation of the 7th Central Pay Commission.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">CoSAAP also urged the state government to scrap the National Pension Scheme (NPS) and restore the Defined Pension Scheme for its employees.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ITANAGAR, 3 Jul: The Confederation of Service Associations of Arunachal Pradesh (CoSAAP) welcomed the state government&#8217;s recent decision to cancel all the officiating\/functional appointments on an out-of- turn basis in all government departments.
