NIRJULI, 17 Nov:<\/strong> A state-level seminar on ‘Ease of doing business for cooperatives, GeM and export promotion’, along with state-level workshops on ‘Mainstreaming cooperative education’, ‘Professional management and reorienting training’, ‘Financial inclusion, digitalisation of PACS and ‘Strengthening cooperative database’ was held at the NERIST here on 15 and 16 November.<\/p>\n Most of the participants were representatives of primary cooperative societies, LAMPs, DCUs, etc, from the district.<\/p>\n During the programmes, teams of resource persons explained the problems faced by the cooperatives in the state with limited funds and low human resources, and suggested “starting cooperative businesses with IDEA, ie, I – Identify opportunities, D – Diversify the acts, E – Enrich the partnering, and A – Amalgamation for consolidation.”<\/p>\n The experts also suggested conducting “academic research for diversification of cooperative model to march towards 2030 for sustainable development goals with the help of academicians from various universities.”<\/p>\n Besides various experts, representatives from district cooperation unions, LAMPS, etc, along with entrepreneurs, unemployed youths, and others attended the programme.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" NIRJULI, 17 Nov: A state-level seminar on ‘Ease of doing business for cooperatives, GeM and export promotion’, along with state-level workshops on ‘Mainstreaming cooperative education’, ‘Professional management and reorienting training’, ‘Financial inclusion, digitalisation of PACS and ‘Strengthening cooperative database’ was held at the NERIST here on 15 and 16 November.
