{"id":208607,"date":"2023-01-10T01:00:06","date_gmt":"2023-01-09T19:30:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=208607"},"modified":"2023-01-10T01:00:06","modified_gmt":"2023-01-09T19:30:06","slug":"india-does-not-believe-in-hierarchical-conception-of-world-order-singh","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2023\/01\/10\/india-does-not-believe-in-hierarchical-conception-of-world-order-singh\/","title":{"rendered":"India does not believe in hierarchical conception of world order: Singh"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>NEW DELHI, 9 Jan:<\/strong> India&#8217;s national efforts towards &#8216;Make in India&#8217; are neither isolationist nor are they just meant for the country alone, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said on Monday at a conclave of ambassadors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He also said that India does not believe in a hierarchical conception of a world order where a few countries are considered superior to others.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;India&#8217;s international relations are guided by the very essence of human equality and dignity,&#8221; the minister said at the conclave to brief ambassadors about the upcoming Aero India, billed as Asia&#8217;s biggest aerospace exhibition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It will be held in Bengaluru next month.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;We do not believe in making or becoming a client or satellite state, and so, when we partner any nation, it is on the basis of sovereign equality and mutual respect,&#8221; Singh added.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The defence minister said India&#8217;s self-reliance initiative is the beginning of a new paradigm of partnership with its partner countries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Our national efforts towards &#8216;Make in India&#8217; are neither isolationist, nor are they just meant for India alone,&#8221; he noted.
