{"id":212041,"date":"2023-03-02T01:14:03","date_gmt":"2023-03-01T19:44:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=212041"},"modified":"2023-03-02T01:14:03","modified_gmt":"2023-03-01T19:44:03","slug":"ata-mourns-teachers-demise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2023\/03\/02\/ata-mourns-teachers-demise\/","title":{"rendered":"ATA mourns teacher&#8217;s demise"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>AALO, 1 Mar: T<\/strong>he West Siang district unit of the Arunachal Teachers&#8217; Association (ATA), and the officers and staff of the district&#8217;s education department, mourned the untimely demise of TGT Gejom Pakam.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pakam died on 28 February at the Bakin Pertin General Hospital in Pasighat after a brief illness.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He was serving at the government secondary school in Nikte, in West Siang, at the time of his demise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Pakam was a very dedicated, sincere and punctual teacher. His demise has created a huge vacuum in the teaching community of West Siang district in particular and the state as a whole,&#8221; the ATA unit said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It conveyed condolences to the bereaved family, and prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pakam is survived by his wife and two sons.
