{"id":212211,"date":"2023-03-05T02:24:23","date_gmt":"2023-03-04T20:54:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=212211"},"modified":"2023-03-05T02:24:23","modified_gmt":"2023-03-04T20:54:23","slug":"adi-fusion-song-on-unying-festival-released","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2023\/03\/05\/adi-fusion-song-on-unying-festival-released\/","title":{"rendered":"Adi fusion song on Unying festival released"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Correspondent<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>MIKONG, 4 Mar:<\/strong> An \u2018Adi folksong fusion\u2019 song on Unying-Aran festival, titled &#8216;Sobo Re-dong&#8217;, was released by Bilat CO Tashi Dorjee Bapu, in the presence of the local artistes, here in East Siang district on Friday evening.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The CO said that the festival &#8220;is a good medium to display living traditions of the ethnic tribes before people of the world communities,&#8221; and asked the community&#8217;s members to &#8220;keep up their traditional practices through festivities and promote folksongs through fusion with traditional ethos.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The song has been produced and directed by school teacher Tajing Messar, in memory of his late parents<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Obang Messar and Oyi Messar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tomz Ezing composed and sang the song, which has other singers also, like Kokom Taboh, Talen Taboh, and Tanung Takoh.
