{"id":214079,"date":"2023-04-01T01:36:50","date_gmt":"2023-03-31T20:06:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=214079"},"modified":"2023-04-01T01:36:50","modified_gmt":"2023-03-31T20:06:50","slug":"accused-in-tasso-grayu-murder-case-arrested","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2023\/04\/01\/accused-in-tasso-grayu-murder-case-arrested\/","title":{"rendered":"Accused in Tasso Grayu murder case arrested"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ZIRO, 31 Mar:<\/strong> One Nami Chattung, the alleged accused in the Tasso Grayu murder case, has been arrested.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Chattung, the 70-year-old person from Hong village, was apprehended from Banderdewa on 30 March by a team of police led by SDPO Ojing Lego and investigation officer (IO) SI Hage Loder,&#8221; Lower Subansiri SP Sachin Kumar Singhal said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Further investigation is underway,&#8221; added Singhal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The police also seized &#8216;weapon of offence and other articles&#8217; from the accused.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The investigation was conducted under the supervision of the SP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Grayu, the former editor of this daily was allegedly stabbed with a sharp weapon by an unknown person at Hari village in Lower Subansiri district on 22 March, at around 8:30 pm.
