{"id":217368,"date":"2023-05-31T01:55:33","date_gmt":"2023-05-30T20:25:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=217368"},"modified":"2023-05-31T01:55:33","modified_gmt":"2023-05-30T20:25:33","slug":"tashi-assumes-charge-as-sec","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2023\/05\/31\/tashi-assumes-charge-as-sec\/","title":{"rendered":"Tashi assumes charge as SEC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ITANAGAR 30 May:<\/strong> Retired IAS officer Rinchin Tashi assumed charge as the state election commissioner (SEC) on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tashi will remain as the SEC for a term of five years, or till he attains the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prior to his retirement from government service in 2022, he was serving as secretary to the government of Arunachal Pradesh, in charge of the PHE, the TCL and the karmik &amp; aadhyatmik affairs departments.
