Mudslides carried by the flash flood also submerged the power house.<br \/>\nThe impact of the flood was so severe that check bunds or stoppage points made in the channel at many points were totally washed away.<br \/>\nThe Project was on the verge of commissioning and trial and testing was supposed to begin from 15 March, informed Ojing Nobeng, EE Geku Hydro Power Division.<br \/>\nRestoration works is under way.
