{"id":22013,"date":"2018-03-12T03:13:12","date_gmt":"2018-03-11T21:43:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=22013"},"modified":"2018-03-12T03:13:12","modified_gmt":"2018-03-11T21:43:12","slug":"dcc-reviews-service-area-of-banks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2018\/03\/12\/dcc-reviews-service-area-of-banks\/","title":{"rendered":"DCC reviews service area of banks"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<strong>AALO, Mar 11:<\/strong> The West Siang district consultative committee (DCC) reviewed all service area allocation of villages to bank branches operating in the district in a meeting held on 9 March last.<br \/>\nCharing the meeting, Deputy Commissioner Swetika Sachan stressed on opening of Jan Dhan bank accounts to avail advantage of various medical, legal and others camps held periodically at different places to give useful tips to bank customers.<br \/>\n&#8220;Since facilitating loans are a part of development issues concerning rural people, non participation of various banks of Basar and Likabali is a cause of concern,&#8221; said the DC and sought explanation from those absentee banks.<br \/>\nShe also asked all banks to furnish the list of defaulters latest by 31st March so that action could be initiated soon.<br \/>\nThe chief manager of the lead bank highlighted performances under Annual Credit Plan 2017-18, financial inclusion under PMJDY, PMJJBY, APV, AADHAR seeding, government sponsored loan and recover position and development of banking operations in the district.<br \/>\nDDI Marme Kato Loya highlighted various problems in extending loan facilities to various beneficiaries through banks.<br \/>\nBranch managers of various banks also highlighted their activities.
