Furthermore, the transfer of the previous officer in charge, without a timely replacement, adds to the inefficiency and lack of commitment by the department. This situation is indicative of a broader problem, as 99 police stations in the state, including Seppa, are functioning without any female officers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The overall statistics regarding the representation of female police personnel are disheartening.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With only 7.79 per cent of the total police strength consisting of female officers, it underscores a significant gender imbalance within the police force in Arunachal Pradesh.
