{"id":230484,"date":"2023-12-13T02:06:17","date_gmt":"2023-12-12T20:36:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=230484"},"modified":"2023-12-13T02:06:17","modified_gmt":"2023-12-12T20:36:17","slug":"sub-jr-boys-and-girls-judo-team-leaves-for-kerala","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2023\/12\/13\/sub-jr-boys-and-girls-judo-team-leaves-for-kerala\/","title":{"rendered":"Sub-jr boys&#8217; and girls&#8217; judo team leaves for Kerala"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ITANAGAR, 12 Dec:<\/strong> A 15-member judo team from Arunachal Pradesh, accompanied by three officials, left here for Kerala to participate in the Sub-Junior National Judo Championships, 2023-&#8217;24, to be held at Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium in Kochi from 15 to 18 December.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prior to the team&#8217;s departure, Sports Authority of Arunachal Director Gumnya Karbak interacted with the judokas and the officials and advised the athletes to &#8220;demonstrate fair play and good sportsmanship throughout the competition.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The flagging-off programme was attended also by Arunachal Judo Association acting president Tagru Magong, its secretary-general Rahul Mipi, and treasurer Tai Abu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The team:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Girls: Oji Pul, Nang Nishani Khen,\u00a0 Kesang Cheren Naksang, Tunu Gamlin, Pona Jenchan, Matung Techi, and Sonam Yangchin (below 57kg).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Boys: Chogroso Tablumnyu, Buko Meto,\u00a0 Kipa Chingpa, Tagru Taluk, Timso Pul, Najen Homnyu, Kishan Ngadong, and Tana Karbia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sudhir Kumar Shaw and Kato Ngadong are the coaches, and Gegul Goi is the manager of the team.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ITANAGAR, 12 Dec: A 15-member judo team from Arunachal Pradesh, accompanied by three officials, left here for Kerala to participate in the Sub-Junior National Judo Championships, 2023-&#8217;24, to be held at Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium in Kochi from 15 to 18 December.
