These patients are from Bharatpur, Jhunjhunu, Dausa and Ajmer,\u201d Dr Ravi Prakash Mathur, Director of Public Health said.<br \/>\nThe patient from Dausa, who had co-morbidities, died a few days ago and his report has come now.<br \/>\nThe new COVID-19 strain, JN.1, has been classified by the World Health Organisation (WHO) as a separate \u201cvariant of interest\u201d given its rapidly increasing spread, but said it poses a \u201clow\u201d global public health risk.<br \/>\nMathur said that this sub-variant is mild. People don\u2019t need to panic but they should remain alert.
