{"id":235808,"date":"2024-02-28T01:19:57","date_gmt":"2024-02-27T19:49:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=235808"},"modified":"2024-02-28T01:19:57","modified_gmt":"2024-02-27T19:49:57","slug":"5-killed-1-injured-as-vehicle-falls-into-deep-gorge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2024\/02\/28\/5-killed-1-injured-as-vehicle-falls-into-deep-gorge\/","title":{"rendered":"5 killed, 1 injured as vehicle falls into deep gorge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Staff Reporter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ITANAGAR, 27 Feb:<\/strong> Five persons were killed and a minor sustained grievous injury when the vehicle they were travelling in fell into a deep gorge in between Godak and Bopi in Kamle district in the wee hours of Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">They met with the fatal accident while bringing a critically-ill patient &#8216;with no hope of recovery&#8217; back from TRIHMS, Naharlagun to Dumporijo in Upper Subansiri district.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The deceased have been identified as Tator Pakmen, Pakmar Paksok, Linya Yudik, Tajum Nuk and Beto Marde.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Paksok (21) was a BSc. (agriculture) final year student of Meerut University. He was the son of the agricultural coordinator of Arunachal Pradesh Women&#8217;s Welfare Society Yali Paksok.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The bodies of the deceased persons have been handed over to their families.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The minor, who sustained grievous injuries, was provided immediate medical treatment at Muri Mugli hospital.
