He spoke also about &#8220;scientific production technologies of horticultural crops in reference to Tirap district.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">IARI scientist Dr Pankaj Sinha delivered a presentation on &#8220;agripreneurial options in agriculture and allied sectors for farmers of hilly regions.&#8221; He shared different agri-based entrepreneurial modules suitable for hilly regions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agronomy scientist Arvind Pratap spoke on &#8220;scientific production technologies of maize,&#8221; while soil science specialist Amit Kumar Singh dwelt on vermicomposting and its use for higher productivity of crops.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seeds of different vegetables, besides spades, small farm kits, chicks, piglets, etc, were later distributed among the participants.
