\nAs refreshing as the juice of lemon,
\nAs if rising from the seas of all the seven,
\nIt starts upon daybreak,
\nAnd lasts till the last drop of frost on the blade.<\/p>\n
\nAnd detaches me from the wearies of my yesterday,
\nIt sinews my vision,
\nAnd orchestrates my system,
\nTo fire the spark of momentum,
\nThat leapfrogs me … to meritorious action.<\/p>\n
\nThe birds twittering,
\nThe animals stretching,
\nInsects dancing,
\nAnd human beings jogging.<\/p>\n
\nWarrants me to react,
\nTo take on the mighty world each day,
\nWhere, I stand as a dwarf.<\/p>\n
\nI plan my day,
\nIntrospect … my bygone ways,
\nWhere I rekindle my aspirations,
\nThat executes … my ambitions.<\/p>\n
\nThe sun rises,
\nAnd with that my hope sizes,
\nIs when the refreshing breeze,
\nHuddles me around,
\nOnly to tell me,
\nI\u2018m not alone in the surrounds.<\/p>\n
\nThe earth rotates,
\nThe galaxy integrates,
\nThe sun shows up,
\nThe horizon makes a start,
\nWhere the cool breeze comes as an acrobat.<\/p>\n
\nWhere the rising Sun brings about the day,
\nThe mystic breeze and the freshness come to stay,
\nAnd the workout becomes the energy for the day.<\/p>\n
\nI felt,
\nI missed my rhythm,
\nLost my day,
\nWaylaid my health,
\nAnd scattered my hurray!<\/p>\n
\nIt doesn\u2018t matter summer, winter or rain,
