{"id":237248,"date":"2024-03-18T01:56:51","date_gmt":"2024-03-17T20:26:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=237248"},"modified":"2024-03-18T01:56:51","modified_gmt":"2024-03-17T20:26:51","slug":"nilpat-conducted-at-owa-apwws-centres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2024\/03\/18\/nilpat-conducted-at-owa-apwws-centres\/","title":{"rendered":"NILPAT conducted at OWA, APWWS centres"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>NAHARLAGUN, 17 Mar:<\/strong> New India Literacy Programme Assessment Test (NILPAT) 2023-&#8217;24, under the Padhna Likhna Abhiyan, was conducted at the Oju Welfare Association (OWA) and the Arunachal Pradesh Women&#8217;s Welfare Society (APWWS) centres here on\u00a0 Sunday.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Padhna Likhna Abhiyan mainly focuses on complete eradication of illiteracy from India by providing basic literacy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Binny Yachu was the centre superintendent, while Kush Moya and Hura Choi Tarh were invigilators at the OWA centre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the APWWS centre, APWWS president Kani Nada Maling facilitated the assessment test.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">APO Tori Gadi informed that &#8220;most of the adult learners were women vendors who had missed their formal education earlier.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A total of 38 candidates appeared for the assessment test at both the centres.
