{"id":237527,"date":"2024-03-22T01:24:33","date_gmt":"2024-03-21T19:54:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=237527"},"modified":"2024-03-22T01:24:33","modified_gmt":"2024-03-21T19:54:33","slug":"apic-imposes-penalty-on-pios-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2024\/03\/22\/apic-imposes-penalty-on-pios-4\/","title":{"rendered":"APIC imposes penalty on PIOs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ITANAGAR, 21 Mar:<\/strong> The Arunachal Pradesh Information Commission (APIC) has imposed a penalty of Rs 25,000 each on PIO-cum-Namsai WRD Division EE CJ Manmaw and PIO-cum-Namsai PWD Division EE SS Singh for not complying with the commission&#8217;s directions, and for gross violation of the provisions of the RTI Act, 2005.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The PIOs have been directed to deposit the penalty amounts in favour of the APIC registrar before 10 April.
