{"id":245668,"date":"2024-08-04T01:17:41","date_gmt":"2024-08-03T19:47:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=245668"},"modified":"2024-08-04T01:17:41","modified_gmt":"2024-08-03T19:47:41","slug":"the-wicked-singer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2024\/08\/04\/the-wicked-singer\/","title":{"rendered":"The wicked singer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8212; Torni Koyu,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Cl-VI, Army public school, Delhi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once upon a time there used to be a very good singer named Luek.<br \/>\nThough he was good at singing he was not kind in fact he was wicked and cunning.<br \/>\nHe used to give gold to poor people who were actually his friends and men disguised.<br \/>\nEven the king\u2019s smartest ministers didn\u2019t notice.<br \/>\nBut one day while he was singing a magician noticed his evil schemes.<br \/>\nBut what could after all no one will believe him so he almost gave up.<br \/>\nJust then he got an idea to make Luek pay for his mistakes.<br \/>\nHe took away his voice while he was eating.<br \/>\nLuek panicked but he thought his friends would help him.<br \/>\nBut no, his friends said \u2018Without your voice you can\u2019t earn so you are now useless to us.\u2019<br \/>\nHe was shocked but still he remembered the priest so he went to him thinking a demon cursed him.<br \/>\nBut when he went there the priest said that he can\u2019t actually do anything and he lies to people.<br \/>\nThe singer furious finally went to the magician and told him to help but the laughed and said no.<br \/>\nThe singer confused and angry told him that he can give him any amount of gold.<br \/>\nThe magician said that only if he starts giving half of his gold to the poor.<br \/>\nThe singer understanding his mistakes becomes generous and finds true friends and lives happily.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8212; Torni Koyu, Cl-VI, Army public school, Delhi.
