{"id":247873,"date":"2024-09-05T01:01:36","date_gmt":"2024-09-04T19:31:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=247873"},"modified":"2024-09-05T01:01:36","modified_gmt":"2024-09-04T19:31:36","slug":"rashtriya-poshan-maah-launched-in-u-siang","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2024\/09\/05\/rashtriya-poshan-maah-launched-in-u-siang\/","title":{"rendered":"Rashtriya Poshan Maah launched in U\/Siang"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>YINGKIONG, 4 Sep:<\/strong> An awareness programme on causes, symptoms and treatment of anaemia was organised here in Upper Siang district on Tuesday as a part of the Rashtriya Poshan Maah, being celebrated across the country with effect from 1 September.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The month-long celebration will focus of key thematic areas like anaemia, growth monitoring, Poshan Bhi Padhai Bhi, importance of complimentary breast feeding, and use of technology for better governance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In Jengging ICDS project, locally grown vegetables and fruits were displayed to promote their nutritive value to the beneficiaries during the celebration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In Tuting, the ICDS project, in collaboration with the Kendriya Vidyalaya, the education department and NGOs organised a poshan march. A poshan pledge was also administered to the\u00a0 participants in the programme to achieve the objective of &#8216;Kuposhan Mukt Bharat (Malnutrition-free India).
