{"id":252016,"date":"2024-11-10T00:07:28","date_gmt":"2024-11-09T18:37:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=252016"},"modified":"2024-11-10T00:07:28","modified_gmt":"2024-11-09T18:37:28","slug":"flame-of-relief-poem","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2024\/11\/10\/flame-of-relief-poem\/","title":{"rendered":"Flame of Relief (POEM)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>-By Jummin Rime,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Cl-VIII, VKV Kharsang.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I wish that when I spark the gas,<br \/>\nOne final clash could end at last.<\/p>\n<p>I wish, as I close my weary eyes,<br \/>\nThe flames would rise, drown out our cries.<br \/>\nWith every prayer I send above,<br \/>\nThe fire would lift, release, absolve.<\/p>\n<p>I long to feel the scorching heat,<br \/>\nTo burn my soul, but not complete.<br \/>\nTo sting with pain that never ends,<br \/>\nYet somehow, heal, and make amends.<\/p>\n<p>For in the fire, my path is shown,<br \/>\nThrough anguish, I\u2019ll find peace alone.<\/p>\n<p>The gas ignites, it lights the sky,<br \/>\nI watch its blaze as shadows die.<br \/>\nYet peace draws near in cleansing flame\u2014<br \/>\nOur souls released, renewed, unnamed.<\/p>\n<p>The house once home now crumbles down,<br \/>\nThe ash and memories spin around.<br \/>\nInto the fire, I give my all\u2014<br \/>\nI heed the flame\u2019s redemptive call.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>-By Jummin Rime, Cl-VIII, VKV Kharsang.
