ITANAGAR, 15 Dec:<\/strong> The Arunachal Pradesh Youth Congress (APYC) expressed grave concerned over the “shocking rise in unemployment and the uncontrolled drug trade that is devastating India’s youths and generations to come.”<\/p>\n Launching the 5th edition of Young India Ke Bol campaign in the state on Sunday, APYC president Tarh Johny highlighted the unemployment issue of the country.
