{"id":254519,"date":"2024-12-29T01:31:57","date_gmt":"2024-12-28T20:01:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=254519"},"modified":"2024-12-29T01:31:57","modified_gmt":"2024-12-28T20:01:57","slug":"bee-boxes-colony-distributed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2024\/12\/29\/bee-boxes-colony-distributed\/","title":{"rendered":"Bee boxes, colony distributed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>JAIRAMPUR, 28 Dec:<\/strong> Twelve bee boxes, along with a bee colony (apiscerena and mellifera species) and other beekeeping tools were distributed to farmers of Changlang district during a programme themed &#8216;Beekeeping for socioeconomic development&#8217;, organised here in Changlang district on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the programme, organised by the entomology department of Pasighat (E\/Siang)-based College of Agriculture (CoA), in collaboration with the Changlang KVK, CoA Entomology Department Assistant Professor Dr Danish Rajkhowa presented a demonstration on scientific beekeeping, while CoA Assistant Professor Dr Yaiphabi Chanu conducted a training programme on &#8216;cultivation and value addition of medicinal and aromatic plants&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agricultural tools and equipment were also distributed to farmers.
