{"id":255395,"date":"2025-01-18T00:17:48","date_gmt":"2025-01-17T18:47:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=255395"},"modified":"2025-01-18T00:17:48","modified_gmt":"2025-01-17T18:47:48","slug":"rkmh-revises-blood-processing-charge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2025\/01\/18\/rkmh-revises-blood-processing-charge\/","title":{"rendered":"RKMH revises blood processing charge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ITANAGAR, 17 Jan:<\/strong> The administration of Ramakrishna Mission Hospital (RKMH) here has revised the processing charge for all blood\/blood component from Rs 500\/unit to Rs 400\/unit with effect from 10 January, following &#8220;relentless persuasion&#8221; by the State Blood Transfusion Council (SBTC), the council informed in a release on Friday.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;The amount mentioned is not the cost of the blood but charges for testing the collected blood units for transfusion transmitted infections (HIV, Hepatitis B &amp; C, malaria and syphilis).
