{"id":25813,"date":"2018-04-17T02:40:00","date_gmt":"2018-04-16T21:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=25813"},"modified":"2018-04-17T02:40:00","modified_gmt":"2018-04-16T21:10:00","slug":"arunachal-women-to-receive-entrepreneur-awards","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2018\/04\/17\/arunachal-women-to-receive-entrepreneur-awards\/","title":{"rendered":"Arunachal women to receive entrepreneur awards"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ITANAGAR, Apr 16:<\/strong> Women entrepreneurs Tage Rita and Techi Anna from Arunachal Pradesh have been conferred the Vasundhara NE Woman Entrepreneur of the Year awards.<br \/>\nRita, the country&#8217;s first kiwi wine brewer, will receive the award for the year 2015-16, while Anna will receive hers for &#8216;excellence in handicrafts&#8217; for the year 2016-17.<br \/>\nDoNER Minister Jitendra Singh will present the award in a function scheduled to be held in New Delhi on 26 April.<br \/>\n&#8220;The duo is among 17 women entrepreneurs from the Northeast who have been conferred the prestigious award for the years 2015-16 and 2016-17,&#8221; informed the event&#8217;s organizer, Guwahati-based Sreemanta Sankar Mission.<br \/>\nApart from the state awardees, five exceptionally successful women entrepreneurs from the region will be inducted into the Vasundhara Hall of Fame.<br \/>\nThe title winner of 2015-16 and 2016-17 from among the 17 state awardees will also be declared during the award ceremony.<br \/>\n&#8220;The award is considered a benchmark for women entrepreneurs in Northeast India who have reached quantifiable levels of success and excellence by dint of their hard work and perseverance,&#8221; the organizer informed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ITANAGAR, Apr 16: Women entrepreneurs Tage Rita and Techi Anna from Arunachal Pradesh have been conferred the Vasundhara NE Woman Entrepreneur of the Year awards.
