{"id":260452,"date":"2025-03-16T01:47:44","date_gmt":"2025-03-15T20:17:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=260452"},"modified":"2025-03-16T01:47:44","modified_gmt":"2025-03-15T20:17:44","slug":"culture-guide-tour-leader-trg-held","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2025\/03\/16\/culture-guide-tour-leader-trg-held\/","title":{"rendered":"Culture guide &#038; tour leader trg held"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ITANAGAR, 15 Mar:<\/strong> Fifty-four participants from various districts of the state took part in a three-day &#8216;Culture guide &amp; tour leader&#8217; training course initiated by tourism department deputy director Bengia Manna Sonam, which concluded here on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inaugurated by tourism director Manjunath R at the SFCI, the training was the third in a series after Miao and Ziro, which were organised in the last financial year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Resource persons of the training included anthropologist Dr. Marami Talukdar, ICRT India Foundation co-founder Dr. Manoj K. Singh, Rural Tourism &amp; Homestays adviser Raj Basu, and other national and regional awardees of responsible tourism.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The trainees were given an intensive insight into cultures, local relevance and connection to tourism.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The second day witnessed discussions on models of culture tourism.
