{"id":26231,"date":"2018-04-21T02:16:39","date_gmt":"2018-04-20T20:46:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=26231"},"modified":"2018-04-21T02:16:39","modified_gmt":"2018-04-20T20:46:39","slug":"fire-service-week-concludes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2018\/04\/21\/fire-service-week-concludes\/","title":{"rendered":"Fire Service Week concludes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>NAHARLAGUN, Apr 20:<\/strong> The weeklong statewide awareness campaign of the Arunachal Pradesh Fire &amp; Emergency Services, which was conducted as part of the Fire Service Week, concluded on Friday.<br \/>\nFire &amp; Emergency Services SP Kime Aya informed that officers and firefighters from all 23 fire stations in the state carried out awareness and demonstration programmes.<br \/>\nIn the capital complex, live demonstrations were held at several high-rise buildings, including hospitals, schools, and hotels. On the concluding day, awareness programmes were held at the Tomo Riba Institute of Health &amp; Medical Sciences and the RK Mission Hospital.<br \/>\nMore than 200 firefighters were engaged in the awareness programmes during the week, under the theme &#8216;Fire loss is the national loss&#8217;.<br \/>\nAya appealed to the people to be careful and take precautionary measures while constructing houses, commercial buildings and shopping complexes.<br \/>\nIn Naharlagun, Station Officer Sujit Chakraborty, Sub-Fire Officers PC Roy, Likha Tana and G Lilung, and 28 firefighters were part of the campaign.<br \/>\nIn Itanagar, Station Officer Koj Taro, Sub-Officer Nabam Dokho and 21 firefighters were involved in the demonstration and awareness programmes held at 12 different locations during the week.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NAHARLAGUN, Apr 20: The weeklong statewide awareness campaign of the Arunachal Pradesh Fire &amp; Emergency Services, which was conducted as part of the Fire Service Week, concluded on Friday.
