{"id":263319,"date":"2025-05-01T02:13:49","date_gmt":"2025-04-30T20:43:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/?p=263319"},"modified":"2025-05-01T02:13:49","modified_gmt":"2025-04-30T20:43:49","slug":"rgu-blood-donation-camp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltimes.in\/index.php\/2025\/05\/01\/rgu-blood-donation-camp\/","title":{"rendered":"RGU blood donation camp"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RONO HILLS, 30 Apr:<\/strong> The Green Bee Club of the department of sociology, Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU), organized a voluntary blood donation camp at the department premises on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The camp was held in collaboration with the Blood Centre &#8211; Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Sciences (TRIHMS), the NSS unit of RGU, the Arunachal Sociological Forum, and the Aanwg Anya Foundation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A total of 121 volunteers registered, out of which 64 units of blood were collected.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;The remaining volunteers were found ineligible to donate due to medical reasons; however, their spirit of participation was equally appreciated,&#8221; the release stated.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The event began with an awareness session highlighting the life-saving importance of voluntary blood donation.
