DOIMUKH, 1 Aug:<\/strong> A five-day national workshop aimed at familiarizing faculty members with the core elements of the National Education Policy (NEP) and enhancing their capacity in designing NEP-aligned syllabi, setting competency-based question papers, and evaluating answer scripts effectively was organized at the Government College here from 28 July.<\/p>\n The inaugural ceremony was followed by technical sessions with Dr DK Jha providing a comprehensive overview of NEP-2020, its guiding principles, and implementation strategies.<\/p>\n The second day of the workshop focused on curriculum design, led by Prof Oken Lego, who elaborated job-oriented, learner-centric, and interdisciplinary syllabus structures.<\/p>\n Dr Sonam Wangmu provided insights into aligning existing curricula with NEP mandates.<\/p>\n On day three, Prof Lego led the sessions on question paper setting, emphasizing academic integrity, blueprint design, and evaluation based on cognitive levels.
