After hardly 10-15 minutes, I came back and my car was locked. I had parked on the edge of the road, as far as back as possible, so that there would be no hindrance to traffic flow.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I rang the number I found on a paper stuck on the car. While they were coming, I thought of requesting the officer to kindly consider my case as I had never been in such a situation before. Also, being an unemployed youth, I really had no money.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">But the officer came and directly, very rudely asked for a fine. As a common public member, it was not appreciable. I felt a bit angry over the manner he displayed. In retaliation, I simply offered him my car key. They took it and rode away, saying, &#8220;Kal thana se aake le loh.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Clueless, later I called one of my friends to lend me some money for the fine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">My aim in writing this is to draw the attention of traffic personnel, especially the wrong-parking management team, to kindly behave and approach in a friendly manner. Everyone doesn&#8217;t have money all the time. Sometimes do consider based on the severity of the wrong parking.
