Editor,<\/strong><\/p>\n I wish to highlight the prolonged delay in the notification and examination of ADO, HDO and other related departmental posts by the APPSC, which has been causing significant distress among aspirants.<\/p>\n As per the official annual calendar, the tentative examination for these posts was scheduled for May 2026. However, even as this timeline approaches, no official notification or update has been released. This has created uncertainty and anxiety among candidates who have been preparing seriously for these examinations.<\/p>\n Moreover, there has already been a delay of nearly seven months in conducting the examination, further aggravating the concerns of the aspirants. According to the calendar, the advertisement for ADO\/HDO posts was expected to be released prior to the TGT notification. However, in contrast, TGT vacancies along with examination dates have already been announced, while ADO\/HDO aspirants continue to await even basic recruitment information.<\/p>\n Such inconsistencies disrupt preparation strategies and adversely affect the morale and mental wellbeing of candidates. In addition, we request that whenever the notification is released, it should clearly specify the examination pattern and provide a detailed syllabus, especially for non-technical subjects, to avoid confusion and ensure fair preparation among aspirants.<\/p>\n We earnestly request the APPSC to take prompt action by releasing the pending notifications and providing a clear and updated examination schedule at the earliest.
